Fallout 3 not working on PS3?

Have been playing Fallout 3 for ages on the PS3. It has glitched a lot and I save regularly but I went into a building and everytime time I try to leave it goes to the loading menu and carries on loading for hours (not freeze but just loading). I have deleted the game data off of my Ps3 but no working. any ideas on how to fix it?
