Is my tank overcrowded?

I have a ten gallon tank. It is well planted with java ferns and some anubias. There is a piece of driftwood in the center with java moss on it. At the moment I have 5 harlequin rasboras and 4 ghost shrimp. I plan on getting a dwarf gourami within the next couple weeks. Is my tank overcrowded? I went to aqadvisor.com and they say that my tank is 79% stocked with the dwarf gourami. What do you guys think?
