After Examination Before Trial (EBT) how much longer will it take for my settlement to come?

I'm 2007 I was in a car accident. I received a letter from my lawyer and on Feb 14 I have an EBT. I have no idea what this is. Someone please help, asking lawyers, paralegals, judges, and ect ???
