You should be fine doing it this way. Just my opinion. They are not going to go out of their way to stop you from playing there. That wouldn't be good for business. Did you try e-mailing them to get your original account switched to a rakeback account? I've heard they have actually switched accounts depending on the cirstances. Your other option is to sign up with another poker room that offers rakeback, UB offers 30% rakeback, Doyle's Room 33%, Carbon Poker 35%.
