Did i mess up my chances with the guy i like?

so my friend was throwing a kickback and theirs this guy i like and he likes me too but hes too shy to make a move or anything. He brought his friend over to the kickback and hes pretty cool and chill. we were all drinking and talking, i was pretty ****** up and so were most people. and his friend told me if i was down to make out and i was like yeah and i wasnt thinking and we made out! and the guy i liked saw us make out and get all touchy. and i got away from his friend and i was trying to apologize to him and he seemed pretty sad and mad and the worst thing is that i was crying and i think i made a fool out of myself. so the next day me and my friend went to this guys house and the guy i made out and the guy i liked were there and they seemed to be chill with each other. and they wouldnt even talk or look at me. so i was sitting by the curb and my friend and the guy i liked came over to talk to me i guess and then my friend left and it was only me and him. and it was super awkward but we did small talk and i was making jokes and he was laughing and smiling and then we just looked at each other for a few seconds and then he left. i was pretty bummed out. did i **** up my chances with him or do you think i still have a chance?
