Has anyone ever had this problem with thier Razr?

Ok, I bought this new phone off ebay ( i know i know ). I got it, and it indeed did look brand new, but the battery was dead and would not charge with the charger I got with the phone. So, the man sends me another battery, it works better, but wont charge completely and will not stay on long off of the charger. One of the screws on the side that holds the two peieces together fell out, and so my screen is wiggly AND NOW THE SCREEN IS COMPLETELY BLACK.....I'm so...blah. Oh ya, the charger broke too! I'm so sad...has anybody ever had problems with razrs or did this guy just send me the scraps?
