Really Bad Hair Problems!?

My niece is 13 we are people of color so we have Natural curly hair ... her mom wont allow her to have a relaxer and her hair is to her shoulders.... We wanna know some ways to make our own hair dye and we wanna know how to get our hair Straight really naturally. P.S. we have a in styler straightening come so um mm yeah
