Trouble getting pregnant.. Verry irregular cycle!?

I have a realy irregular cycle so it's tough figuring out my ovulation... . I've tried the test but my period is so random that it's not really working out for me... basically I'm looking for the easy way of doing this so my question is ...If I have every other day for a mont... am basically gauranteed to get pregnant?
