A way to convert CAVS files into CD+G files?

I have a bunch of CAVS_MCG files on disk and no way to play them (Karaoke disks) I have a program called Compuhost but it doesn't recognize this format. just wondering how I can get them into a CD+G format so I can use them. Anyone have any ideas?
