Why do I have to be told 250 times that Rahm Emmanual is running for Mayor of Chicago?

What's odd is that Daley made an "unexpected" decision to not run for re-election after Rahm has been saying for several months that he (Rahm) wants the job. If Emmanuel said that he wanted to be president, maybe obama would save himself the embarrment of running for re-election, in my opinion.
