Is this dress wearable for everyday things?

I think its casual enough, just try not to over accessorize or it will look like a night out occasion, and wear some flats (preferably white). Its not weird to wear dresses in the summer, its one of the most perfect times to wear dresses. Floral dresses look nice in the summer. Go for it, you'll look just fine. :D
