What is the name of those gymnasts that do the really flexible stuff literally bending in half? Extortion Act?

I'm sure its called extortion act or an extortionist but google is telling me differently? Is it something that sounds that extortion? Its driving me mad! If anyone knows please let me know! Thanks :)
